New look for CIC site

A new look and some changes for the CIC site! Some parts of it have been simplified; we're looking to simplify it more. Events are no longer special and difficult to enter; just post them as any ordinary posting. If you have an event that you'd like to share beyond the immediate SI community, there is now a Community Information Corps events group on upcoming.org for doing the detail stuff of tracking locations, times, maps and directions.
