Planning Committee


The planning committee ensures that the group is actively involved in developing projects, hosting speakers and discussions, planning events, etc. These individuals work in tandem with individuals on the Communication Committee to promote and sustain various activities and projects.

Project Development:
• Developing new project ideas
• Establish and maintain contact with speakers, organizations, etc
• Coordinates logistics regarding speaking engagements, discussion sessions, lunches, etc
• Ensures that the Project page of the CiC website is up to date

Website Oversight:
• Address issues with site – make adjustments and add features as necessary
• Coordinate website postings and updates with members of Communication Committee

Financial Oversight:
• Renews group’s MSA status at the start of each semester
• Deals with reimbursements for food, travel, etc
