CIC Seminar - CI Research and CIC Reflections

Kate Williams, SI post-doc and recent PhD, along with several masters students will be speaking about their work building and using one of the first datasets for the field of community informatics. They are looking at the records of the federal Technology Opportunities PRogram, which provided $250 million to 606 communities over 11 years for experiments in community uses of technology. The conceptual framework for this research comes from her dissertation.
