Planning meetings serve as the primary method for committee members to discuss project ideas, plan activities, and update one another about changes or breakthroughs. These meetings are open to any CiC participant and occur on a bi-weekly basis. Members of the Communication Committee lead the planning meeting, help set the meeting agenda, facilitate discussion, capture and post meeting minutes to the website.
