1. Hart and Sharma uses Hewlett-Packard's "Living Lab"  and Hindustan Lever Limited as examples of corporations that embraced the Radical Transactiveness (RT) principle. What are some other (more recent) examples?

2. Why are firms at the core of the RT model? Would it work if NGOs, IGOs (intergovernmental agencies) or not-for-profits were at the center?
