Hey CICers, I wanted to post a job opening at my extremely nifty
workplace. We're currently looking for a Java/J2EE developer to work on our web
catalog, and a variety of web software development projects. Our website
is macaulaylibrary.org, and our beta catalog can be viewed at:
animalbehaviorarchive.org.
The Macaulay Library at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology is a definitive
resource for high quality materials on animal behavior. Our rapidly
growing video collection contains clips of thousands of species of birds
and other animals. The Library is also home to the world’s largest
collection of animal sounds. We provide media to clients for
conservation, education, research, and commercial productions.

What is the 2006 Nonprofit Technology Conference?
It's the premier conference for the sector and the best opportunity for anyone with an interest in helping nonprofits use technology more effectively to meet colleagues, collaborators, and clients; learn from each other and from leaders in the field; and share information and resources.
See my blog entry about people and projects encountered on my trip to the UK last week. Then pick (at least) one of the projects mentioned there, do a little investigation on your own about it, and post your thoughts in the discussion forum below.
