MS Access customization and teaching

A friend of Paul Resnick sent this note:

"The foundation for which I work has purchased a database written in Access. I am looking, asap, for someone to teach me to customize reports and create new ones. I am guessing that the initial time commitment will be under 10 hours, but there may be sporadic follow-up work. Pay is commensurate with experience.”
